The prices for our disc-jockey services range anywhere from $495 to $695 for a four-hour event.  There are many factors that can determine the exact price for your event, such as distance, set-up requirements, extra equipment, and whether or not you also have our limousine services booked.  Therefore, we recommend that you fill out a request for an information packet.  Within this packet will be an agreement that will have the exact price for your specific event.  You will find that our price is very reasonable for the service that we provide.  If you are looking for the absolute cheapest price, we are not the company for you.  There are many $100 DJ's out there, but you need to ask yourself how really special is your event?  On the other hand, we feel that we are moderately priced so we don't take advantage of our customers.  There is a competitor of ours that actually has $4800 as a listed price on their website for a four-hour DJ show! 

The price for our karaoke services range anywhere from $295 to $495 for a four-hour event and does also depend on several different factors.

TERMS:

We require a $100 deposit at the time of booking.  This deposit is applied to your total balance and is not refundable, but may be applied to a different event if the change is made within a required time period.  The balance on your account is due on the day of your event within one hour of start time.  We do ask that you render this payment to your disc-jockey within this time.  If he must approach you for payment, this may result in an interruption of service.



PAYMENT OPTIONS:

Payment for our services may be rendered by either cash, check, money order, or credit card.  Payments can be made either in our office during business hours, through our front mail slot after hours, by U.S. mail, or we can accept a credit card over the phone.  WE CAN NOT ACCEPT A CREDIT CARD FOR PAYMENT ON THE DAY OF YOUR EVENT.  All returned checks are subject to a $35 fee.

OVERTIME

In most cases, your disc-jockey may be able to play beyond the scheduled end time.  You can ask the disc-jockey if he is available for overtime up until your scheduled end time.  The cost for the overtime is outlined in your agreement and must be paid at the start of the overtime, and must be rendered in cash or check only.

GRATUITIES

As with any industry, gratuities are not required, but are gratefully appreciated if you feel that your disc-jockey did an excellent job and has provided you with excellent service.  The standard gratuity in our industry is approximately 5%-10% of the total cost for your event.

ALAMO BARTER
