Basic Lighting
Our basic lighting setup comes included with all of our standard DJ packages. A single lighting unit would be either a Vertigo light or LED P64. We feel that one of these units is best for most events because it adds a bit of atmosphere once the dancing portion of your event begins, without taking away from the class and elegance that you're trying to create in the room.
Advanced Lighting
We can also provide you with a much more advanced lighting setup if you'd like. Truss lighting, strobes, pin spots, par cans, and intelligent lighting are all available. Advanced lighting packages are custom built and can range in price from $200 to $1200.
Music For Your Ceremony
We are often asked for assistance with music and microphones during a wedding ceremony. The ceremony may be held at the same facility as the reception, but may be outside or in a different room from where the reception will be held. There are several different factors that are involved when asking for our assistance with this, so we've outlined our requirements and whether or not there is an additional cost on a single information sheet that would need to be signed and returned. Setup Covering
As stated in our agreement, we do ask that if we are playing out of doors, that we be under some type of setup covering. This can include a pavilion, canopy, tent or some other shelter that provides total protection from the sun and if it should start to rain. This covering is also required for protection from tree and bird droppings. If you are unable to provide a covering for us, then we can supply you with one at a charge of $50.
Customized Gobo
The word "Gobo" stands for "Goes Before Optics" and is simply a physical template attached to a lighting source. used to control the shape of emitted light. These are very popular at weddings and corporate events as you can customize a monogram, initials, a couple's names, or even a company logo and have that project down to a dance floor, or up to a wall or ceiling.
For a still gobo, one that just projects the image and does not move, our cost for that is $225.
If you would like one that is constantly in motion, a special operator and controller are needed, and our cost for that is $600.
Fog Machine
Standard fog machine to accompany a lighting effect is $50. Please be sure to check with your facility and make sure that a fog machine is permitted in the room before renting.
Bubble Machine
Standard bubble machine is $50.
