Cutting Edge Entertainment is equipped to handle every size and type of    occasion, featuring the latest in state-of-the-art sound and lighting systems.  We use the Cortex usb-compatible digital music controller, which is an extremely durable and reliable device built specifically for our industry.  Laptops are only occasionally used as an add-on, as they have a propensity to not be as reliable.

Our main music library contains over 250,000 musical selections from every imaginable category and era to satisfy individual music preferences.  From Country to Christian, Pop to Polkas, and Adult Contemporary to Americana, we can provide it all.  Most importantly, we play what YOU want!  We don't play what we think you MIGHT want.....and we make it very easy for you to specify your musical tastes on the tools that we provide to you in your information packet.  We ask you for four categories of music with their percentages, as well as the names of individual songs that you would like played.  If you have trouble getting started, then we also have a "most requested song listing" available to help.  There are also additional tools under the MUSIC button at the top of this page.  Furthermore, we understand that one of the big complaints when a DJ is playing, especially among your older guests, is that the music was way too LOUD!  Therefore, we keep our volume at a very moderate level with a gradual increase as the night progresses.  Our feeling is that we would much rather have someone come up and ask us to turn the music up versus down.
